1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- Reported within 2 days of delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mahraattarandperfume.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.
Once we approve your return request, you will need to ship the product back to us. We will provide further instructions on how and where to return the item.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
- After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 – 4 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned product.
We will notify you via email once the refund is processed.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. In case of cancellation:
- If the order is canceled before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will follow the standard return process outlined above for wrong or damaged products.
